MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma -- A 40-year-old man accused of placing a bomb on a natural gas pipeline in Okfuskee County is scheduled to appear in federal court in Muskogee Tuesday at 10 a.m.
The bomb was found Wednesday, Aug. 10, attached to the Enerfin Resources gas pipeline. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol Bomb Squad removed the device and destroyed it.

The FBI arrested Daniel Herriman of Konowa Friday after he called 911 and told authorities he planted the explosive device near Okemah.

According to court papers, Herriman told agents "he placed the IED under the pipeline on Sunday, August 7, 2011 and set the timer on the device for 2:00 a.m."
Herriman also reportedly said he has mental issues and needs help.
