OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City has ended its mandatory odd/even watering restrictions, but it's still encouraging residents to adhere to voluntary outdoor watering conservation.
The city says the restrictions helped maintain adequate water pressure during a stretch of record-high temperatures. The recent storms have also helped boost water reservoirs.
Although the city has ended the odd/even watering program, it still wants people to use water wisely. Oklahoma City offers these tips for outdoor water conservation:
