OSBI Assists Investigation Of Body Found Under Shawnee Bridge

SHAWNEE, Oklahoma -- The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation has been called in to help Shawnee police investigate a body found under a bridge Saturday.

Police said they found the body of a man under a bridge in south Shawnee.  They say he died under suspicious circumstances.

The body was found after passersby reported smoke coming from under the bridge.

The man's identity has not been released.
