OSU Football Hosts Annual Golf Day

STILLWATER, Oklahoma -- Football season is just around the corner, but that doesn't mean there's not time to squeeze in one last round of golf.

OSU coach Mike Gundy and other coaches on the staff were at Karsten Creek in Stillwater on Monday to hit the course and talk some football with the local media.

Gundy didn't actually participate in the round, but other OSU coaches and staff as well as members of the media braved the heat for some fun and relaxation before one of the busiest times of the year.

The Cowboys have to handle not only record-setting temperatures heading into the season but also sky-high expectations.

News 9 Sports' Steve McGehee was in Stillwater to chat with Gundy and his staff about the big time hype surrounding the Cowboys and the feel around the program as the big day draws nearer.
