Texas Boy Dies During Visit To Turner Falls

DAVIS, Oklahoma -- A family's trip to Turner Falls turns deadly as a little boy had a seizure and then passed away.

Crews say the eight-year-old boy was having a seizure at the Blue Hole Swimming Pool and had to be pulled from the water.

A lifeguard and several family members performed CPR on the boy, he was transported to Arbuckle Memorial Hospital in Sulphur by ambulance, where he was treated.

The boy was going to be Med Flighted to the Children's Epileptic Center in Tulsa, however he died before he could be transported.

Medical examiner is looking into the exact cause of death.

The boy was from Valley View, Texas, he had been visiting Turner Falls with family members.
