OKLAHOMA CITY -- A woman accused of causing the death of a toddler who was left in a hot car will not face prison time.
Jessica Holmes is now serving a three-year suspended sentence.
She pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter after two-year-old Atrinity Hasbell died in May 2010.
Hasbell's mother said Holmes was supposed to drop the child off at daycare with her two sons, but the little girl was later found in Holmes' car.
Court records show Hasbell's family agreed to the suspended sentence.
