Friday prediction time. Heres an upset for you. Northwestern over Michigan State. I think Sparty saw the first BCS Standings and said, "what in the world are we doing up there?"
As for the unbeaten showdown here in Columbia...Missouri is playing well but I dont think Blaine Gabbert has seen anything close to the speed hell see from the OU defense Saturday. I think hell throw one to the wrong team early.
The question is, can the Sooners move the ball against a stout Tigers defense? The loss of Dejuan Miller wont help, but expect to see a heavy dose of Roy Finch and DeMarco Murray against the Mizzou blitz.
OU is a better team, but the Tigers will be jacked sky high. Mizzou sideline reporter Chris Gervino said hes been covering the Tigers for 25 years and this is the biggest game he ever remembers at Faurot Field. But this is nothing new for OU. I think the Sooners several close finishes this season may pay off Saturday.
This will be a tight fit, 4th-quarter, nailbiter. Edge to the team thats been there before. OU-24, Mizzou-17.
