Bedlam notes and nuggets to chew on as kickoff approaches (I suggest Hot Mustard for dipping)

- This year's Bedlam will feature four 2,000-yard career rushers...Keith Toston, Kendall Hunter, Demarco Murray and Chris Brown.

- OSU is looking for their 1st perfect season on the road since 1945.

- How's this for surprisingly lofty company? Chris Brown is #4 all-time on OU's list of career rushing touchdowns. 1) Steve Owens - 57, 2) Billy Sims - 53, 3) Quentin Griffin - 44, 4) Chris Brown - 42, 5) Adrian Peterson - 41, 6) Joe Washington - 39, 7) Greg Pruitt - 38.

- OSU kicker Dan Bailey has never missed an extra-point. 130-straight. He has five missed field goals this year, but only one inside 40 yards.

- OU ranks #2 in the nation in punt coverage. Only 13 punts have been returned against them this year from a total of 16 yards. OSU's Perrish Cox has two career punt return touchdowns and four career kickoff return touchdowns.

- Both teams are ranked in the Top 10 in the nation in rushing defense. OSU #4 (82.6 ypg), OU #8 (91.0 ypg). The Sooners tallied only 48 yards rushing last week at Texas Tech.

- In the Sooners current 29-game home winning streak, only three games have been decided by single digits. 2005 - Baylor (37-30 2OT), 2005 - Texas A&M (36-30), 2006 - UAB (24-17).
