Oklahoma City Police Make Arrest In Homicide

UPDATE -- A man has been arrested in connection with Oklahoma City's latest homicide.

Danny Lee, 26, was considered by police a suspect in the homicide of Marquis Lewis.  Thursday, police were able to locate Lee and take him into custody without incident.

Homicide Investigators interviewed Lee and subsequently booked him into the Oklahoma County Jail on one count of Murder I.

Investigators believe that some type of altercation occurred just before Danny Lee shot Lewis.

OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma -- Wednesday, May 25th just before midnight, Oklahoma City Police Officers responded to a shooting call at the Willow Cliff apartments in the 5400 block of Willow Cliff Rd.

Responding officers discovered the victim, 18-year-old Marquis Lewis, lying outside on the grounds of the complex, dead. He appeared to have been shot to death.

At this time investigators have not identified a suspect in this case. Anyone with information should call the homicide tip-line at 405.297.1200.
