Second Suspect In Deputy Shooting Taken Into Custody

OKLAHOMA CITY, Oklahoma -- Oklahoma county Sheriff's Deputies and Oklahoma City Police officers have located the second suspect in the shooting of Maj. John Waldenville.

Authorities located Christopher Baker at an apartment in the area of NW 10th and Greenvale.  Bakers was transported to the Oklahoma City Police Homicide Unit where he was interviewed and subsequently booked into the Oklahoma county Jail.

Baker has been charged with shooting with intent to kill and robbery with a firearm.

Two suspects have been taken into custody in relation to the shooting, and authorities say they are continuing the investigation.
