Edmond Police Department Looks For A Few Good Recruits

EDMOND, Oklahoma -- The Edmond Police Department has put out the "help wanted" sign.

The department's hiring process will begin June 1 and run through July 29. Candidates are expected to begin basic police academy training November 28.

Anyone interested in becoming an Edmond police officer must fill out a questionnaire, which must be returned in person or by fax on or before July 29.

The full application will be given to candidates who meet the minimum requirements in the job posting.
