4-Year-Old Killed In One-Vehicle Crash In Okfuskee County

A 4-year-old boy is dead and two others injured after a vehicle rolled over and crashed in Okfuskee County.

OKFUSKEE COUNTY, Oklahoma -- A 4-year-old boy is dead and two others injured after a vehicle rolled over and crashed in Okfuskee County.

It happened at just before 10 a.m. Sunday on I-40 at mile marker 216.

According to an accident report, 32-year-old Twana Johnson of Oklahoma City was traveling eastbound when she swerved for an unknown reason, overcorrected and caused the 1995 Chevrolet car to flip three times.

Johnson, 9-year-old Hersey Taylor and 4-year-old Donnell King were ejected during the crash.

Donnell was pronounced dead at the scene.

Johnson was pinned in the car and freed by firefighters. She and the 9-year-old boy were rushed to area hospitals in stable condition.

According to the accident report, none of the passengers was wearing seatbelts.
