Mother Of Boy Beaten By Soldier Charged With Child Abuse

LAWTON, Oklahoma --The mother of an eight-year-old boy brutally beaten by a former Fort Sill soldier is now charged with enabling child abuse.

Prosecutors in Lawton say Misty Stobaugh was dating Rocky Donadio in 2009 when Donadio beat and stomped her son for erasing an X-Box game.

He was convicted of child abuse in February. The jury recommended he spend 75 years in prison.

Stobaugh is being held on $30,000. She'll be in court in April.
