COMANCHE COUNTY, Oklahoma – A jury in Comanche County deliberated for only 30 minutes before finding a former Fort Sill soldier guilty of child abuse.
Rocky Donadio brutally beat and stomped the then eight-year-old child of his girlfriend in August of 2009.
The injuries were so severe the boy spent five months in the hospital.
The jury recommended 75 years in prison for Donadio.
