HARRAH, Oklahoma – A woman was arrested for animal cruelty after police busted a puppy mill in Harrah.
Officers found unacceptable living conditions for countless dogs including green, dirty water and weeds several feet high covering the areas where these animals were living.
"There's going to be a lot of ticks, a lot of fleas because of that kind of area. It's just not conducive to a healthy environment for animals," said Phil Stewart with the Harrah Police Department.
Police arrested Tina Rannals. She faces several animal cruelty charges.
Oklahoma County Sheriff's deputies watered down the animals. They're working on cleaning them up and hopefully getting them healthy so they can be adopted.
