Woman Accused of Shooting Husband in Wrist

A Stephens County man is being treated for a gunshot wound after being shot by his wife Monday afternoon, according to Stephens County Sheriff Wayne McKinney.

LOCO, Oklahoma -- A Stephens County man is being treated for a gunshot wound after being shot by his wife Monday afternoon, according to Stephens County Sheriff Wayne McKinney.

"He was hit in the wrist,"said Sheriff McKinney. "According to preliminary reports from deputies on scene, the victim would allegedly beat on his wife and she got tired of it".

The wife is accused of using a .40 caliber gun. It's not known if the wife will face any charges.

The couples' names have not been released.
