STILLWATER, Oklahoma -- The No. 11 Oklahoma State Cowboys missed quarterback Zac Robinson more than even they would have thought.

Through 30 minutes of football, the Cowboys and quarterback Alex Cate did not complete a single pass, but third string quarterback Brandon Weeden led a second half surge to top Colorado 31-28.

Despite completing their first pass of the game four plays into the second half, the Cowboys' pass game didn’t get going until 5:15 left in the third quarter when back-to-back completions set up a 45-yard Keith Toston touchdown run.
