Arraignment Scheduled for Couple Accused of Digging Up Dead Daughter

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A Bokchito couple accused of digging up their daughter's dead body and moving it across the country are back in Oklahoma.

Officers arrested Abel and Denise Wolf in Montana on a fugitive warrant.

The couple is accused of burying Abel Wolf's 11-year-old daughter, Cheyene, at their Bokchito home and then digging up her remains and moving them to Oregon and Montana.

The Bryan County Sheriff said the Wolfs arrived in Oklahoma around 3 a.m. Sunday. 

They are scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
