OKLAHOMA CITY -- Last week, a young girl's hearing aids were stolen, but Monday she got a new pair.
Someone stole Savannah Schlegal's hearing aids from a public pool. Many NEWS 9 viewers were upset someone would commit such a crime.
Monday, doctors at OU Physicians fitted her with top of the line hearing aids from an anonymous donor.
"This doner allowed us to fit her with more expensive aids, more advanced set of aids that she has ever been able to have," said audiologist Angela Gathers.
The thief hasn't been found yet, but Savannah and her mother are thankful for the gift.
