Ada Woman Found Guilty 29 Years After Killing Ex-Husband

ADA, Oklahoma -- An Ada woman accused of fatally shooting her ex-husband in 1980 has been found guilty.

Jurors deliberated for about two-and-a-half hours before finding 63-year-old Judie Hansen guilty of first-degree murder in the death of her ex-husband William Boudrie.

The jury recommended Hansen serve life in prison without the possibility of parole.

Sentencing is scheduled for August 31.

The case in Ada went cold until the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation received a tip two years ago from Hansen's former brother-in-law.
