NORMAN, Oklahoma -- A Norman woman is recovering Wednesday morning after being shot during what police said was a domestic dispute with another woman.
Brandi Milligan, 30, was arrested and booked into the Cleveland County Detention Center for shooting with intent to kill.
Authorities said the victim, Gloriadean Lancaster, 40, called 911 Tuesday night and told them she had been shot, then hung up.
Dispatchers traced the call and police found Lancaster with a gunshot wound to the chest. She was taken to Norman Regional. Lancaster is in stable but critical condition.
Formal charges from the district attorney are expected by Wednesday afternoon against Milligan. Police are still investigating the incident.
