OKLAHOMA CITY - Members of the jury that found Anthony Sanchez guilty of killing and raping OU student Juli Busken are set to take the stand today.
The jury returned the verdict in 2006. During an evidentiary hearing Monday, they'll be asked if they saw Sanchez in shackles.
Oklahoma law does not allow a jury to see a defendant in any type of restraints during a trial.
If they did see Sanchez in shackles, there could be grounds for a mistrial.
