A series of storm systems is producing widely scattered showers from the central Great Lakes and eastern sections of the Ohio River Valley as well as through much of the Northeast. Sunny to partly cloudy skies are spreading south from the Upper Midwest into the southeastern U.S. Skies are partly cloudy in the Rockies with isolated storms developing into the northern and central Rockies. While a few rain and snow showers are falling in the Northwest, skies are sunny through the southwestern U.S.
