Ponca City Man Linked to Child Pornography Crimes

PONCA CITY, Oklahoma -- An Oklahoma man could face 55 counts of child pornography linked to alleged crimes dating back to 1998.

After a two-and-a-half-month-long investigation, Ponca City police turned their case over to the Kay County District Attorney.

In addition to the 55 counts of child pornography, 50-year-old Ronald Trussel also faces a long list of possible charges of 15 counts of first-degree rape and two counts of soliciting a minor to participate in child pornography.

Trussel is being held the Kay County jail on unrelated charges.

Police say his victims ages range from 10 to 14 years old.
