Sooners Win Home Opener, 4-3

NORMAN, Oklahoma -- The eighth-ranked Oklahoma Sooner Softball team opened their season with Wednesday's game against Stephen F. Austin.

Sooners were down 2-1 in the 7th inning when Katie Norris hit a single that led to Lindsay Vandever's score. Later in the game, the teams were tied at 3, when Sam Ricketts hit the game winner, allowing Danny Dobbs to score.

Sooners won the game 4-3.
