Turning to the Bible for Financial Advice

OKLAHOMA CITY -- If you're looking for an answer to get you through the recession, you may want to turn to the Good Book for some financial advice.

Several business and journalism professors from across the country are helping others find Biblical financial wisdom in a book they wrote called, Solomon Was A Businessman.

The authors use King Solomon and the Book of Proverbs as an example to make solid financial decisions.

"Even though they were written a long time ago, they're very timely today. So a lot of his proverbs is the basis for very good advice for making good decisions," ORU Professor and Book contributor Ardith Baker said.

The book is available online and at the ORU bookstore.
