High-speed chase ends in crash

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A routine traffic stop turned into a high-speed chase Tuesday night.

Police tried to pull the suspect over near SW 48 and Douglas Avenue. The suspect sped off and the chase began.

It later ended when the suspect lost control of his car and rammed into a parked car.

Police said the car the man was driving was stolen.

No one was injured, but the driver was taken to the hospital as a precaution, police said.
