Mixed salad greens, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces (2-3 cups per salad)
1/2 cup roasted pumpkin seeds, unsalted
4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
1 Granny Smith apple, washed, cored and sliced into thin wedges
Cafe 501 Lemon Cilantro Vinaigrette
1. In a medium sized-bowl, toss the salad greens with desired amount of vinaigrette.
2. Divide the salad greens onto 4 large salad plates or bowls.
3. On each salad, arrange:
pumpkin seeds
blue cheese crumbles
3-4 slices apple
4 Servings
