Price of Home Repairs Going Through the Roof!

Now's a good time to check your insurance policy.  A local agent tells me if it says you get "replacement value" for your roof, you should be good... even if the price increases. 
If you happen to have any problems - with any type of insurance - the Oklahoma Insurance Department has a "Consumer Assitance/Claims Processes" division.  They investigate complaints and answer questions regarding insurance companies and policies.
