J. Cliff Hudson

J. Clifford Hudson was the first chairman of the Board of Education of Oklahoma City Public Schools as well as the board and chief executive officer at Sonic Corp.

Hudson resigned from his position as chairman on Jan. 23, 2008.

He served as chairman of the school board from 2000 to 2008 and was named chief executive officer and president of SONIC in April 1995. He also became chairman of the SONIC board in January 2000.

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Hudson also attended Georgetown University Law Center.
