A Yukon elementary school showed a sick teacher how much they miss her on Friday.

Suzy Biggs is battling blood cancer and has missed two months of school while she gets treatment. Since she cannot visit the kids, the kids found a way to go to her.

The entire school at Ranchwood Elementary in Yukon created a line of love for Biggs, lining up outside the school with banners, signs, T-shirts and cheers.

“I l-o-v-e her,” said 4-year-old Reagan Stennis who is in Pre-Kindergarten.

Biggs cannot be in public because of her immune system, so she drove through the parking lot to see the kids.

“We were just holding up these posters to make Mrs. Biggs happy,” said third grader Asher Yetter.

Biggs was diagnosed in September with Acute Leukemia. She has been a counselor and guidance teacher at Ranchwood Elementary, but she has not been able to work since the diagnosis.

“She's our rock here and so when she's been gone the last couple of months, it's just been devastating to our students, our families, because she is our support system,” said principal Kristin Lipe.

The kids know Biggs is sick and she will be gone for a while.

“She was smiling real big, waving a whole bunch and missing us a whole lot,” Yetter beamed.

All the kids miss her terribly.

“This is amazing. This is amazing. This is my family right here,” said Biggs after she drove past the kids. “These are my kids and I am just, oh, I'm overwhelmed.”

Biggs has made videos throughout her treatment to send to the kids at school, but nothing beats seeing their faces in person.

“Oh, I love you guys,” Biggs said to the crowd from the car.  “I'm going to be back soon, really soon, really, really soon.”

Biggs leaves Saturday for her next cancer treatment down in Houston.
