Authorities have arrested a man for Murder in the First Degree of an elderly man found dead inside his Bethany home back on March 23.
Authorities said the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI), Bethany police and the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office's tactical team arrested 37-year-old Selvin Gonzalez, who also faces a complaint of First Degree Arson.
Authorities said when Gonzalez was arrested at 2814 B. South McKinley in Oklahoma City, he was badly burned from a fire investigators said he set at the victim's home.

Officials said they took him to Baptist Integris in Oklahoma City.
The man arrested was from Guatemala. Authorities also said Miguel Martinez who also lived at that South McKinley address was also arrested for Accessory After the Fact.

Martinez, 42, was booked into the Oklahoma County Jail.
The medical examiner has not yet positively identified the murder victim.
