Easter Bites

1 package of square pretzels

Wilton Candy Melts (white or pink)

1 cup coconut, shredded

1 teaspoon green food coloring

Spring M&M's

Egg shaped candies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 12 pretzels on a parchment lined baking sheet. Put one candy melt disk on each pretzel and then place in the oven. WATCH CLOSELY…you only want the melt to SOFTEN not turn to liquid. Remove from the oven to decorate.

Flower: Place M&M's on the candy melt in a flower formation

Birds Nest: Place 1 cup of shredded coconut in a Ziploc bag and pour in the green food coloring. Toss till the coconut turns green. Then sprinkle the green coconut on the candy melt. and then add egg shaped candies.

Put the pretzel bites in the fridge to set. Enjoy!
