Rain and storms are ongoing Sunday morning in western Oklahoma.
A few of Sunday's storms will be strong, but News 9's Matt Mahler is doubtful there will be much, if any, severe weather.
The current activity will continue moving east throughout Sunday morning, making it into central Oklahoma around midday.
Again, a few strong storms will be possible. Small hail, heavy rain, and lightning are the primary threats.
Sunday afternoon, a few storms may develop along the dry line behind the current activity. These storms would have a little better chance of becoming strong to severe. Not a guarantee, but the chance will be there.
Sunday evening, the rain and storms will quickly move into eastern Oklahoma.
Expect a colder day Monday with highs in the upper 40's and lower 50's and strong northwest winds.
Another storm system heads our way late Wednesday into Thursday and may bring some more much needed rainfall.
