The last day of November and the cold front is here! High temperatures today will be tricky and they won't occur for most of us at the usual time. Here in OKC, our high temp will likely happen around midday before the cold front comes through and drops our temps back to the 20s tonight.
Speaking of tonight, lows will drop into the teens and 20s with a blistering north wind at 15 to 30 mph. That'll keep our wind chills in the single digits and teens tomorrow morning.
There's also a VERY slight chance we'll see some VERY light freezing drizzle/sleet in the areas shaded in pink. No major travel problems are expected, but don't be surprised if there's a little freezing mist/drizzle in the morning. A slick spot or two on elevated surfaces isn't out of the question, either. Again - no major travel problems are expected.
Monday afternoon, highs will stay around freezing for most of the state, but it will feel like the teens and 20s all day as winds stay up around 15 to 30 mph.
Looking ahead, temps will warm back into the 40s Tuesday afternoon and into the 50s for the rest of the week. The middle and end of the week will sport some slight chances for rain. A better chance is still on tap for next weekend.
