It's the first day of Standard Time! Clocks set back an hour which means an earlier sunrise ... but also, an earlier sunset. I'll probably be leaving work in the dark. Not sure how big of a fan I am of that. But that's beside the point! Let's talk about RAIN!!!
Highs today? Low to mid 60s with a very strong south wind gusting to 30 mph. There may be a few light showers in western Oklahoma late this morning into the afternoon.
Our primary round of rain and storms will arrive with the cold front tomorrow evening and overnight into Tuesday. The cold front will move into northwest Oklahoma Monday evening with a line of showers and a few thunderstorms. At this time, the cold front will move through central Oklahoma between 10 PM and 2 AM Monday into Tuesday with the rain and storms. Strong north winds behind the front will keep things chilly Tuesday. The clouds will hang around with the rain and wind making it a good day to stay inside.
After Tuesday, the rest of the week looks great! Mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies with lows in the low to mid 40s and highs in the low to mid 60s. Welcome to November!
