The three companies alone will create more than 800 full and part-time jobs.
They are expected to bring more than 2 million visitors annually.
Chisholm Creek will also feature an indoor music venue that seats 2,700 people, an outdoor amphitheater, office buildings, a full-service hotel and residential properties all next to an 80-acre city park.
"It's really exciting, because this is more than just a retail development," said Roy Williams, Greater OKC Chamber president. "This is really kind of a lifestyle center, so that means it's going to be a destination."
Construction is booming in the entire area.

Main Event on the north side of the Kilpatrick Turnpike hopes to open its bowling, billiards and entertainment center next month.
"You really see the connection to 235, to the Broadway Extension, as well as to the turnpike, and there aren't many sites like that anywhere in the metropolitan area," Williams added.
After the St. Anthony Healthplex opens, Cabela's and TopGolf are expected to open in the fall of 2015.
In 90 days, Chisholm Creek developers will break ground on a complex called Tract 30 that will house retail stores and restaurants with patio spaces.
None of those retailers have been announced yet.
