A quiet morning is in store for Oklahoma. Most of the state is reporting 60s temperatures at sunrise.
Morning winds are light and southerly. Later today, we may break the record high temperature for today.
Fair and hot conditions will be the story today with highs near 94 degrees which is the record for Oklahoma on this day, so we could break that record. Skies will be mostly sunny with light south winds 5-15 mph.
Tonight, it will be warm and mostly clear with a Full Moon. For those early risers, we will have a Full Lunar Eclipse Wednesday morning starting at 3:45 a.m. Totality begins at 5:25 a.m. Mid Eclipse at 5:55 a.m. Totality ending 6:24 a.m. and the wrap up as the moon sets on the western horizon at 7:34 a.m.
This eclipse is called a “Blood Moon” as during the totality phase, the moon will appear red-maroon in color. Make sure you don't miss this one.
