Police are investigating a deadly overnight shooting in northwest Oklahoma City.
Oklahoma City police said officers responded to the shooting just before 3:30 a.m. Saturday at the Brownstone Apartments near N.W. 28th Street and N. May Avenue.
According to the victim's family, the victim was 28-year-old Jamaris Miles. They released his identity and a photo to News 9, Saturday afternoon.
No arrests have been made at this time.
News 9 spoke also with Reverend Moose, who was asleep in his home near the location of the shooting. He said several gunshots woke him up, and he saw a couple of men jump in the back of his truck. Moose said he was told the shooting was "horseplay that went wrong."
