After being stuck in a rut that for past several days, beneficial changes are edging a little closer to Oklahoma.
Look for partly cloudy skies overnight Wednesday with lows falling to the low 70s. The clouds should stick around on Thursday, especially the further west you head. There will still be plenty of sunshine that makes it through. And temperatures remain hot and stubborn in the mid-90s.
Clouds will lower and thicken on Friday with showers and thunderstorms likely. Isolated strong storms cannot be ruled out, but we will keep an eye on it.
Even better news, temperatures will be a little cooler. Highs should fall to the mid-80s by the end of the week and only climb a few degrees on Saturday.
It's still looking good for the football games this weekend!
