Hearing Delayed For Duncan Teens Charged In Australian Athlete's Murder

A judge delayed this week's preliminary hearing for three Oklahoma teens charged in the shooting death of Australian baseball player Chris Lane.

Sixteen-year-old Chancey Luna, 16-year-old James Edwards Junior and 17-year-old Michael Jones are being charged as adults for first degree murder.

Tuesday's hearing has been postponed until February 4, so that defense attorneys have more time to review information given to them by prosecutors earlier this month.

The teens are accused of shooting Chris Lane while he was jogging in August.

Attorneys for Chancey Luna have asked the judge to bar the public and media from that hearing, but the judge has not ruled on the request.
