Man Arrested In Kidnapping, Beating Of Choctaw Woman

Police arrested a man on Friday who is accused of kidnapping and beating his ex-girlfriend.

Grace Coleman of Choctaw, Oklahoma, said she was driving near 15th and Air Depot in Midwest City last Thursday, when she came to a stop and her ex-boyfriend, Donny Anderson, ambushed her.

Coleman claimed her ex was mad because she started dating someone new. She told police the man punched, bit and tased her until she eventually passed out.

Coleman said they had pulled over on a dirt road near Post and Wilshire and she was able to run away to a nearby home for help. She wound up in the hospital.

On Friday, Midwest City police confirmed with News 9 that they have taken Anderson into custody in connection with the kidnapping and beating of Coleman.
