A father is speaking out Saturday night after he says his son was shot by Oklahoma City Police, even after he had already shot himself.
The son is still in the hospital unable to speak, but his father has plenty to say.
Justin Horton's father says he shot himself in the jaw before police shot him in the stomach. Now his father wants answers as to what happened that night.
"You know he'll probably never talk again. He'll be lucky to be able to eat," said father, Phillip Mayer.

Mayer says he can't believe he may never hear his son's voice again. Justin Horton, 28, was shot last Sunday, once with his own .44 Magnum.
"He was pulled over and he got out the car with a gun to his head and he shot himself and after that I believe that's when the officers shot him in the chest," said Mayer.
Oklahoma City Police say Horton was driving a stolen car before he jumped out and led Sgt. Bradley Conley on a foot chase. Police say Horton shot himself then pointed the gun at Conley, who then fired back.

Horton, a father of three, was rushed to OU Medical Center and has had several surgeries to his jaw and intestines. Mayer says Conley shot him just below his heart. He says the toughest part is Horton's room in ICU is surrounded by police 24/7 and he's not allowed to even hold his hand.
"He's at the most point where he needs some love you know, and some attention. And I only get 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the afternoon," Mayer said. "I believe it's supposed to be ‘innocent until proven guilty', but they're treating him as a prisoner already."
Mayer says he thinks it could take months before his son fully recovers. He visits him every day even though his contact is limited.
Conley was placed on routine administrative leave while the shooting is being investigated.
