The remains of two women and one girl who went missing in 1992 were found in a field in Pawnee County last month, according to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation.
At a news conference Thursday morning, the OSBI said it got a tip and on April 15 began digging near Jennings.
The OSBI said clothing recovered matches that of Wendy Camp, her 6-year-old daughter Cynthia Britto, and sister-in-law Lisa Kregear, who were last seen in May 1992 when they traveled to Shamrock to visit Wendy's son she had with Chad Noe.
The OSBI says the toddler lived with Chad in Shamrock. Beverly Noe, Chad's mother, drove the three to and from Shamrock. Beverly Noe claims she dropped off the three at a Walmart in Chandler. The victims were never seen or heard from again.
One person has been arrested. Grover Prewitt was charged Thursday with accessory to murder. Pawnee County land records show Prewitt was the owner of the property where the remains were found.
The OSBI says multiple people are likely involved in this case and additional arrests are expected.
A $5,000 reward for information in the murders has been offered by the OSBI. If anyone has information, call their hotline at 800-522-8017
