The 2013 Big 12 Men's Basketball Championship bracket was released by the conference on Monday and the tournament is set to begin on Wednesday in Kansas City.
Both Oklahoma State and Oklahoma earned first-round byes and will play on Thursday.
OSU (23-7, 13-5 Big 12) secured the No. 3 seed with Saturday's victory against Kansas State and will play sixth-seeded Baylor at 8:30 p.m. at the Sprint Center.
The fourth-seeded Sooners (20-10, 11-7) square off with No. 5 seed Iowa State in the early game at 11:30 a.m.
The Cowboys split their two previous meetings with the Bears(18-13, 9-9), losing the first in Waco 64-54 before beating Baylor 69-67 in overtime on Feb. 6.
The Sooners and Cyclones also split their regular-season meetings. Iowa State (21-10, 11-7) won the itial contest 83-64 in Ames before OU exacted its revenge with an 86-69 victory in Norman.
The Pokes are on the same side of the bracket with No. 2 seed Kansas State, which will face the winner of Texas and TCU.
OU is paired with top-seeded Kansas, which faces the winner of Texas Tech and West Virginia on Thursday.
