FBI agents have arrested two men accused of three bank robberies in Del City and southeast Oklahoma City.
Leon Wayne Murrell, 18, and Charles Glen Johnson, 19, were taken into custody Tuesday. The FBI says the men twice robbed the Bank of Oklahoma at S.E. 44th Street and Sunnylane; once on January 18 and again on January 24. The two are also accused of robbing the BancFirst at 4200 S. Sunnylane on February 2.

In all the robberies, the FBI says the suspects pointed guns at employees and customers before snatching cash and running out of the banks.
The two suspects were caught February 5 when a resident in southeast Oklahoma City called 911 to report a possible burglary in progress. Police caught the suspects at the scene, and an officer recognized Johnson as one of the primary suspects in the bank robberies.
After Oklahoma City Police Detectives and FBI agents investigated further, they arrested Johnson and Murrell. They were booked into the Oklahoma County jail and are expected to be charged with bank robbery.
