Police are looking for the driver who hit two students at the University of Central Oklahoma and then drove away. News 9 spoke with one of the students who witnessed everything.
Brittni Walker couldn't believe what she saw Thursday night.
"I step out from the side of my car and I just look and by that point, there's a car passing me with a girl that's been on top of the hood," Walker said.
Walker called 911 when a mini-van hit two female students walking on Ayers Street and didn't stop. She was among the first to answer their cries for help. She says the van hit the girls from behind.
They probably never saw it coming, but everyone saw it leave.
"As soon as they knew what they had done, they took off," Walker said.
Police are still looking for a white or light-colored mini-van. It may have damage to its windshield and front end.
