St. Patrick's Day Parade Kicks Off In Downtown OKC Saturday Afternoon

The 30th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade took place in downtown Oklahoma City Saturday afternoon.

The 30th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade took place in downtown Oklahoma City Saturday afternoon.

The parade started at 1 p.m. Saturday, at 5th Street and Broadway Avenue in Oklahoma City. It then headed south to E.K. Gaylord before turning east onto Sheridan through Bricktown.

Event organizers say the parade is a family friendly event. It's free and open to the public.

Remember, AAA Oklahoma is offering Tipsy Tow service this Saturday for St. Patrick's Day partiers. You may call 1-800-222-4357, and AAA will send a tow truck your way.

The truck will take you and a friend and your car up to 15 miles home. And they will do it for free.
