Several families had to be evacuated when a fire erupted fourplex apartment complex in Oklahoma City early Tuesday morning.
It happened on Lyrewood Terrace, near N.W. 63rd Street and Rockwell Avenue.
When firefighters arrived, they faced heavy flames, high wind and exploding tires. Firefighters were concerned the fire could spread to a nearby building, but the fire was contained.
No word on what caused the fire. No injuries are reported. The Red Cross is helping the families impacted by the fire.
