Seminole Man In Court, Charged In Daughter's Death

SEMINOLE, Oklahoma -- A man charged with child neglect was back in court this Wednesday morning.

Samuel Wheeler Junior of Seminole is charged with child neglect in death of his 3-month-old daughter.

A report shows Tamberlyn Wheeler weighed less when she died than when she was born.

Investigators say they found unused milk vouchers inside the home where the little girl died in 2008.

The girl's mother, Crystal Erb has also been charged in the death.  She's expected in court later this month.
